Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in SAP HCM to lead the delivery of key projects for our client. In this role, you will work directly with our customers, manage project lifecycles, and ensure successful project delivery.

- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs
Requires:
- 8+ Years of Senior Project Manager, having experience in SAP HCM projects is essential.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
