What You Will Do?
- Define resource requirements and establish project timelines to ensure successful execution.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage project resources in collaboration with business owners, ensuring tasks are delivered on time and within budget.
- Define and enforce quality standards for all project deliverables.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, function and process owners, IT support, and core teams, to drive project success.
- Ensure effective use of project management tools and systems to track task completion across multiple workstreams.
- Lead and manage the project team, providing guidance, motivation, and performance oversight.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and addressing deviations from objectives.
- Anticipate and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Oversee project financials, ensuring timely invoicing of milestones and deliverables.
- Ensure an exceptional stakeholder experience through clear communication, issue resolution, and professional engagement.
- Keep all relevant stakeholders informed of project progress, escalating risks and roadblocks in a timely manner.
- Prepare and deliver periodic progress reports to internal teams and external customers.
What You Will Bring?
- A background in Business Administration or Linguistics is highly valuable
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally in AI-driven projects or fast-paced startup environments.
- Proven experience in managing teams, providing mentorship, and driving high performance.
- PMI PMP certification or Agile certification (Scrum Master, SAFe) is desirable.
- Strong expertise in budgeting, financial control, and cost management within projects.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project planning tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Ability to thrive in a high-performance, fast-paced, and evolving environment.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
