RequirementsREQUIREMENTSMain Responsibilities
- Define QA strategies and comprehensive test plans for AI-driven features, web apps, APIs, and system integrations.
- Design, implement, and automate test cases for functional, regression, UI, performance, and security testing.
- Validate AI models, workflows, and outputs — including prompt behavior and automation pipelines.
- Execute QA validation for GTM workflows across platforms such as n8n, HubSpot, Apollo.io, Clay, and Mailchimp.
- Plan and run A/B and multivariate experiments to evaluate feature performance and user impact.
- Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams, ensuring QA integration from requirement definition to release.
- Track, manage, and report defects and key quality metrics.
- Promote QA best practices and nurture a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of QA experience, including 2+ years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Proven background testing AI/ML systems and LLM-based products (e.g., OpenAI API, fine-tuning, or prompt workflows).
- Strong command of automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
- Hands-on experience with GTM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Apollo, Mailchimp, n8n, Zapier).
- Understanding of A/B testing tools and experimentation frameworks (VWO experience is a plus).
- Knowledge of performance and security testing fundamentals.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
