About the Role
Detailed responsibilities include:
- Provide strong stakeholder management. Managing multiple client teams at both a Senior Manager and Director Level
- Manage the day-to-day activities of QA team members, including scheduling and managing ongoing projects
- Develop test strategy, test execution plans, tracking, status and progress reporting
- Delivering Technology reporting initiatives, understanding reporting requirements
- To collaborate with business stakeholders and Line of Business SMEs developing Business Acceptance Scenario and Test cases
- Interpret the Capital Calculation Requirements and build out Test Scenarios
About you
Education & Experience:
- Min 7 years as a QA Test Lead experience is required
- Strong experience in Control Room Space including Employee firm conflict of Interests and Investment Banking/RsearchDisclosure
- Demonstrate strong skills and experience on any Project implementation
- Experience working on large Data Conversions and strong understand on QA/Testing lifecycle
- Strong communicator
- Strong stakeholder management - able to manage multiple client teams at Senior Manager and Director level
- Experience developing test strategy, test execution plans, tracking, status and progress reporting
- Manage / facilitate triage calls and issue troubleshooting/resolution
- Good knowledge of data
