The Opportunity 

GrowthLoop is seeking a Senior Recruiter (contract) to help us scale our world-class team as we enter our next chapter of growth. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you’ll shape the future of a category-defining SaaS company by hiring top talent across Engineering, Product, GTM, and G&A teams.

While the initial focus will likely be on scaling our Product and Engineering teams, this role will flex to support other departments based on hiring priorities.

We're looking for someone who moves quickly (and intentionally), loves partnering closely with hiring managers, and knows how to balance strategic hiring with hands-on execution. 

This is a month-to-month contract role with the potential to convert to full-time, based on business needs and performance.

What You’ll Do 

  • Manage recruiting efforts end-to-end, consistently delivering high-quality hires that move the business forward
  • Source and engage passive talent for key roles, proactively building top-of-funnel pipelines and nurturing relationships with prospective candidates
  • Manage recruiting operations for your assigned roles, including job postings, candidate communications, scheduling, ATS upkeep, and pipeline reporting 
  • Ensure alignment with hiring managers on profile calibration, outreach strategy, and process design
  • Own the candidate journey, delivering a high-touch, positive interview experience

What We Look For 

  • 5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with a mix of in-house and agency/staffing backgrounds.
  • Proven success hiring across wide variety of functions and seniority, with a strong track record in Product and Engineering roles at startups or high-growth SaaS companies.
  • Comfortable managing multiple searches simultaneously and adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
  • Confident, resourceful sourcer who’s creative in approach and persistent in follow-through.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build trust with hiring managers, senior leadership, and candidates alike.
  • Hands-on and systems-oriented: fluent in using ATS tools, reporting, and recruiting operations best practices.

This is a remote contract role (approximately 40 hours per week) for candidates based in North America. The compensation range is $10,000 to $10,800 per month (equivalent to $120,000–$130,000 annually). This is a month-to-month contract with a minimum 3-month commitment, with the potential to extend or convert to full-time based on performance and business needs.
