Description
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our global HR team and lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple regions and business units. This role will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across both technical and corporate functions.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced international environment and has a proven track record of building strong partnerships with business leaders to meet hiring objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job scoping, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand business priorities and design effective hiring strategies.
- Proactively source and engage high-caliber candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability based on skills, experience, and organizational fit.
- Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support new hire onboarding to ensure a seamless transition and excellent candidate experience.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment process improvements.
- Stay current on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and global recruitment best practices.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a global or high-growth environment.
- Proven ability to recruit for diverse roles across technical and business domains.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workable, Greenhouse, or similar).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fully remote environment.
