The Sales Training & Enablement team at QNX is looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Specialist

JOIN US and you will be an integral part of this growing team responsible for accelerating sales readiness and optimizes the way our sales team engages with customers and closes deals.

We are looking for an extremely motivated, high energy team player who shares a passion for helping sales representatives advance their sales skills and develop their knowledge of QNX solutions, services and value proposition.  This individual will create & facilitate sales training, coordinate sales enablement activities, training sessions, curate content and sales plays, and internal sales communications.  They will measure and evaluate program reporting and analytics.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Responsible for aspects of foundational and continuous learning and enablement programs for sales, including but not limited to training content creation, scheduling and coordination, creation and deployment or delivery of on-demand courseware, and instructor-led sales training.
  • Responsible for tracking and analysis of courseware and sales enablement content usage.
  • Establish and maintain formal and informal key performance indicators to track effectiveness of sales training programs, communications, and enablement activities.
  • Work cross-functionally, developing sales practices informed by messaging and tactics from marketing and operations departments.
  • Govern Sales Enablement tools to ensure that members of the Sales team can find what they need and that content is current.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience in sales enablement / training development, must have relevant experience which has supported tactical sales programs and enablement activities in embedded software.
  • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, processes & techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of learning & development methodologies and effective training techniques to ensure maximum impact and audience engagement, including instructional design process, program design principles and practices. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as attention to detail for a commitment to quality.
  • Expert ability to collaborate and generate a spirit of cooperation while coordinating diverse activities and groups within a team environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think systematically.
  • Advanced computer applications skills (specifically, Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint, video/audio editing tools) and eLearning authoring tools.
  • Experience with sales tools, CRM (Salesforce), and enablement platforms (Highspot) is highly desired.

Compensation Hiring Base Salary Range:

$73,600.00 - $103,500.00

 

Please be advised that the compensation hiring range indicated herein is provided solely as a good-faith estimate of expected base compensation for the position. The actual compensation offered will be determined at the time of hire and is contingent upon multiple factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, demonstrated skills, and results of assessments conducted during the hiring process.

 

Bonus:

The BlackBerry Variable Incentive Pay (VIP) program is an organization-wide bonus incentive program which aims to reward full-time eligible employees for their contribution to BlackBerry’s success. VIP payments are made in addition to base salary and factor in company’s performance as a way for employees to share in BlackBerry’s achievements.
