We are currently seeking a passionate and driven Sales Engineer to join our exceptional team. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving new customer opportunities and integrating our world-class products into their existing environments. HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:
- Uncover and drive new customer opportunities by providing sales and technical assistance, effectively articulating Cohesity technology to both business and technical users.
- Enable customers to seamlessly integrate Cohesity products into their production environments, ensuring flawless operation and meeting their specific needs.
- Develop and lead the secondary storage technology strategy for our largest customers and partners, establishing Cohesity as the primary solution provider in the market.
- Communicate Cohesity's vision by delivering engaging product demonstrations, workshops, white papers, and proposals.
- Identify customer needs and craft proof of concepts to showcase the value and capabilities of Cohesity technology.
- Collaborate closely with product management as a field representative, providing valuable insights and conveying customer requirements for product development and improvements.
- Provide project management and post-sales technical support as required, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle.
WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
5+ years Experience working with both clients and technology partners, fostering strong relationships and driving successful outcomes.
Demonstrated experience in selling and implementing Enterprise Hardware or Software, Cloud Platforms, IaaS, PaaS, or Virtual Infrastructure software.
Comfortable engaging with multiple decision-makers to drive proposals and secure business opportunities.
Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical and business concepts to both small and large groups.
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, enabling clear and concise interactions with all parties involved.
Self-motivated and a self-starter, capable of working remotely and autonomously to achieve targets.
Willingness to travel as required by the role.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Permettre aux clients d’intégrer harmonieusement les produits Cohesity dans leurs environnements de production, en assurant un fonctionnement optimal et en répondant à leurs besoins spécifiques.
• Élaborer et piloter la stratégie de stockage secondaire pour nos plus grands clients et partenaires, en positionnant Cohesity comme le fournisseur de solutions principal sur le marché.
• Communiquer la vision de Cohesity en livrant des démonstrations de produits engageantes, des ateliers, des livres blancs (white papers) et des propositions.
• Identifier les besoins des clients et concevoir des preuves de concept (POC) afin de démontrer la valeur et les capacités de la technologie Cohesity.

• Aisance à interagir avec plusieurs décideurs afin de faire avancer des propositions et conclure des opportunités d’affaires.
• Excellentes aptitudes en présentation, avec la capacité de vulgariser efficacement des concepts techniques et d’affaires auprès de petits et grands groupes.

Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, pension - RRSP, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
Pay Range :
The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.
Current pay transparency shows the OTE (On-Target Earnings) for commission-based roles.
