What we’re looking for

The Sales Strategy & Operations Team is a diverse team who supports a variety of impactful areas within the Sales Organization. This team are essential partners to sales leadership, who provide strategic direction and Go-To-Market execution. We ground ourselves in data to shape critical business decisions and drive sustainable growth. We are motivated, action-oriented, and are highly impactful to our growing sales organization. This position will report to our Manager of Sales Strategy

What you’ll be working on

  • Lead pipeline reviews, forecasting, sales reporting, and SFDC management
  • Partner with Sales leaders on GTM strategy, growth opportunities, territory planning, and performance analysis
  • Automate lead generation, qualification, and GTM workflows to drive scale
  • Shape a smarter sales playbook using current tech stack and AI tools
  • Improve sales processes to boost conversions, shorten cycles, and increase win rates
  • Drive continuous improvement across sales calls, pipeline development, account planning, and customer reviews
  • Collaborate with Business Systems, CS, Finance, HR, Marketing, and other teams

We’d love to hear from people with

  • Experience with segmentation, territory design, lead routing, and funnel optimization
  • Strong communicator who can influence and present to senior stakeholders
  • Quick to learn new tools and adapt to changing workflows
  • Action-oriented with a growth mindset in fast-paced environments
  • Skilled in both analytics (Excel, Sheets, BI tools) and creative problem-solving
  • Proficient in SFDC with experience managing large datasets
  • 5+ years in Sales, Sales Ops, Strategy, Consulting, or similar roles
