 - At least 10 years of relevant experience relating to the defined responsibilities.
 - Experience working with digital communication systems, spread spectrum, single and multi-carrier techniques, modulation types such as PSK, APSK, QAM.
 - Specific experience with modulation standards such as DVB-S2X and DVB-RCS2, as well as with Adaptive Coding and Modulation (ACM) methods.
 - Specific experience modelling RF communications systems using higher order tools such as Python, Matlab, etc.

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Work well in a team environment
 - Good written and oral communication skills
 - Able to present complex ideas to a more general audience
