What we’re looking for: 
Our client base is constantly growing and we’re looking for great Software Engineers to make our team better. Our Software Engineers have an opportunity to work on our Clinical Documentation Integrity, Utilization Management, and Audit platforms. You’ll be challenged often and will find yourself working on all areas of the application domain across the full app delivery stack.
While this is a hands-on role where coding is a large part of the job, equally important is the ability to lead a team to convert product vision to software design/implementation. We embrace the “you run what you write” principle so you’ll also have a chance to operate our production infrastructure. Finally, this is an opportunity to work with a group of other passionate software professionals in an engineering-led culture to make healthcare better.

  • Design and implement highly resilient, scalable, and performant solutions that solve complex healthcare problems using our advanced tech stack

  • Participate in technical and product discussions with leaders across our engineering, product, and business teams

  • Self-reliance, without supervision, while showcasing best design/communication/solution practices in daily works and tasks

  • Ensure continuously improve our standard of engineering excellence

What You’ll Need
Minimum Requirements: 

  • BS in Computer Science/related area or equivalent work experience 

  • 7+ years of experience building modern web applications

  • Strong proficiency in SQL, CI/CD and Automated Testing

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Strong programming skills in at least two of Java, Typescript/Javascript, and Python languages

  • Experience working with frontend Javascript frameworks (VueJs, React, Angular)

Preferred Requirements:

  • Java/Spring and Node web applications

  • Vue.Js

  • PostgreSQL

  • Microservices and Distributed application architectures

  • Batch and Streaming Data processing using Kafka or similar data pipeline technologies

  • AI, Machine Learning and predictive algorithms

  • Docker/Kubernetes

  • Familiarity with Healthcare domain including HL7, Claims/Payments data models

Compensation Range: $135K - $175K
