As a platform team member, you will be responsible for the payments workflows, scaling them to handle the next phase of growth, and integrating AI to develop new product offerings. This role offers the unique chance to work at the intersection of fintech and cutting-edge AI, directly shaping the future of our platform's capabilities and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Architect and scale mission-critical product workflows that form our operational backbone
- Build robust payment processing systems, ensuring seamless financial transactions
- Lead AI innovation by integrating state-of-the-art LLM technologies into our product suite
Day-to-Day Impact
- Craft elegant, scalable software solutions that meet evolving business demands
- Partner with Product, Design, and QA specialists to deliver cohesive user experiences
- Transform existing systems through strategic optimization and technical debt reduction
- Elevate our engineering culture by mentoring colleagues and championing best practices
- Pioneer AI implementation by staying ahead of emerging technologies and identifying valuable implementation opportunities
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in back-end programming (we use Node & TypeScript)
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Strong Git, CI/CD pipeline knowledge
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Proven project management abilities
- Comfortable working with AI tools
- Startup experience is a bonus
