Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discovery and solution design for enterprise prospects, partnering with Sales and Product to address complex requirements, overcome technical objections, and demonstrate seamless integration with client systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll, compliance, security).

  • Own the technical implementation for new enterprise clients, acting as a technical program manager on complex rollouts to ensure proper configuration, integration workflows, and successful, on-time go-live.

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor for active enterprise accounts: troubleshoot advanced issues, design automation and workflow optimizations, and proactively identify opportunities to scale.

  • Act as the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering, advocating for enterprise-grade features, security, and integrations while influencing the product roadmap.

  • Develop and maintain deep product expertise and communicate best practices and new feature capabilities clearly to both technical and executive stakeholders.

  • Mentor and support junior Solutions Engineers, contributing to playbooks and repeatable processes that help scale the Enterprise segment.

Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or equivalent technical revenue-facing role, ideally in HR tech, payroll, or enterprise SaaS.

  • Proven success driving enterprise presales cycles and implementations, including C-suite engagements, security reviews, and integration scoping.

  • Strong technical foundation (APIs, SSO, integrations with HRIS/payroll/ERP systems, workflow automation).

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to translate technical solutions into business value for enterprise executives.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment.

  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar) is a plus.

  • Willingness to travel for enterprise client engagements.
