$103,331 - $139,803

As a Senior Special Project Manager, you’ll manage cross-divisional diversity, equity and inclusion projects that help FCC advance social sustainability for employees, customers and the agriculture and agri-food industry.

What you’ll do:

  • Evaluate programs and strategic initiatives with a focus on continuous improvement and driving impact
  • Provide recommendations and create strategies that advance FCC’s position as an inclusive employer
  • Mentor and support team members to ensure deliverables are high quality and meet objectives
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to advance ideas and opportunities

What we’re looking for:

  • Strategic thinker with strong project planning/management skills
  • Effective communicator able to articulate complex ideas for a variety of audiences
  • Creative problem-solver who can think outside the box
  • Multi-tasker with extensive analytical ability

What you’ll need:

  • A bachelor’s degree in social sciences, business administration, or human resources and at least 6-8 years of related DEI or Sustainability / ESG experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).  
  • Seasoned professional with expertise and deep knowledge of DEI principles, concepts and best practices
  • In-depth knowledge of the Employment Equity Act and other related regulations
  • Experience building business cases, presentations and strategic documents
