This position will interface with every level of the organization to drive informed decision-making and propel cost savings, cost avoidance, and risk mitigation improving business outcomes through effective strategic sourcing activities and vendor relationship management.
Responsibilities primarily include vendor negotiations, including planning and vendor selection (including RFI's & RFP's), risk assessment, pricing and contract management that spans due diligence, and quarterly/annual business reviews as required.

Salary Range:
USD $139,000.00 - USD $173,000.00

- Develop sourcing strategy and plans in close coordination with internal stakeholders across the organization.
- Identification and realization of cost-savings, supply risk reduction opportunities and build a culture of long-term savings without compromising supply assurance or quality.
- Continuous learning and development of knowledge and understanding of strategic sourcing methods, service categories, and general supply market conditions to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Adhere to, and monitor compliance within company strategic sourcing policies and procedures to transact business with the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and professional conduct.
What You'll Bring:
- 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing / vendor management / global procurement organizations, with a focus on indirect spend.
- Ability to effectively communicate and present information: one on one, small groups, functional leaders, executive management, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Strong knowledge of procurement and strategic sourcing best practices.
- Effective written communication skills to summarize complex concepts and terms into executive summaries.
- Must be comfortable working in a high pace environment, be able to multi-task, and have a hands-on attitude.
- Must be able to excel in a flexible, fast-paced work environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills, high level attention to detail, a self-starter with "can do" mentality.

- BS Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or Management.
- Responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing methodologies to acquire software, technology, and related services at the best possible value.
- Experience with strategic sourcing of software, technical support, SaaS, professional services, and related technical services.
- Experience in sourcing data center hardware, developer tools, and embedded software technologies.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and experience partnering with software development teams.
