Job summary 

    Valiantys is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to help attract and hire top talent across North America (US & Canada). In this role, you will lead full cycle recruitment, build strong partnerships with hiring managers, and ensure every candidate has a positive and inclusive experience. As a Talent Acquisition Generalist, you will also flex into supporting People Operations and People Experience during peak periods or special initiatives, contributing to a seamless People Team experience across Valiantys. 
     
    Things you’ll be working on
    -Manage full cycle recruitment across multiple functions, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand role needs and priorities
    -Source, attract, and screen candidates through multiple channels to build high quality pipelines
    -Provide insight into competitive salary bandings and candidate expectations to support strong and fair offer decisions
    -Deliver hires on time and within approved budget and compensation guidelines 
    -Maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process 
    -Support employer branding efforts in partnership with Marketing and the Talent and Experience team 
    -Collaborate with People Operations and People Experience teams during peak periods or special projects such as onboarding, engagement activities, or operational process support 
    -Work closely with TA peers in EMEA and APAC to share knowledge, tools, and best practices that support global consistency 
    -Contribute to process improvements that enhance recruitment operations and the overall People Team experience

    -What sourcing strategies will create strong and diverse pipelines in a competitive market? 
    -How can we provide an outstanding and consistent candidate journey from first touch to onboarding? 
    -How should market salary trends and candidate expectations influence our offer strategies? 
    -How can Talent Acquisition work with People Operations and People Experience to support the full employee lifecycle? 
    -How do we stay aligned with our global TA counterparts in EMEA and APAC to share best practices and operate effectively as one team? 
     
    Who you’ll work with
    -Hiring Managers and leaders across North America 
    -Regional People Operations and People Experience teams 
    -TA counterparts in EMEA and APAC to ensure global alignment and knowledge sharing 
    -Global People Team members supporting tools, processes, and People strategy 
    -Marketing partners for employer brand initiatives

    -Experience as a Talent Acquisition Generalist with the ability to recruit across multiple role types 
    -Excellent communication and relationship building skills Strong adaptability and willingness to step into People Operations or People Experience areas when needed 
    -Solid understanding of market salary data and compensation dynamics 
    -Ability to manage several priorities at once in a fast-paced environment 
    -Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability 
    -Commitment to delivering a positive, inclusive candidate experience
    -Comfort working with international colleagues across EMEA and APAC
