Your Opportunity

We are actively seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a key role in supporting the growth of our assurance and accounting service lines. As a trusted advisor to business leaders, you will drive strategic talent initiatives, enhance recruitment processes, and build a strong talent pipeline.

  • Drive strategic sourcing and recruitment initiatives to attract top-tier talent for assigned client groups, which may include Accounting or Assurance service lines, leveraging a business partnership approach to define evolving talent needs.
  • Develop and implement data-driven sourcing strategies, utilizing analytics, market intelligence, and competitive insights to proactively identify and engage high-caliber candidates.
  • Establish and nurture strong external relationships with industry professionals, networks, and associations to strengthen the firm’s talent pipeline and employer brand.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing proactive consultation on talent acquisition strategies that align with short- and long-term business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to refine role specifications, incorporating market trends and data on in-demand skills to enhance decision-making.
  • Elevate the firm's employer brand by serving as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating our employee value proposition to attract and retain top talent.
  • Optimize recruitment processes and tools, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Demonstrate business acumen by aligning recruitment efforts with the firm's financial and strategic growth objectives, directly contributing to performance

Your experience and education

  • You offer at least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on strategic recruitment, sourcing and talent advisory. Corporate or professional services environment is preferred. 
  • Bilingualism (English and French) would be considered an asset
  • You bring advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You showcase exceptional strategic sourcing capabilities.
  • You offer strong collaboration and communication skills, allowing you to effectively partner with various stakeholders across the firm.
  • You are a proficient user of applicant tracking systems such as Workday Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.  
  • You are able to proficiently navigate a range of software and digital tools, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, HRIS/HRMS platforms, AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot and/or ChatGPT, as well as performance and talent management systems.

Annual Salary Range $73,000 to $111,000
