As a Senior Technical Program Manager II, you’ll oversee complex programs that bring our conversational AI products to life, ensuring smooth execution across teams and clients while driving measurable impact. What You'll Do- Lead the intake of program requests, evaluate risks, and set priorities for engineering teams.
- Drive execution end-to-end, facilitate technical decisions and trade-offs, and resolve escalations.
- Collaborate across engineering, product, business development, IT/SRE, and operations to ensure alignment.
- Establish and refine processes that improve scalability, predictability, and visibility.
- Implement mechanisms to optimize engineering velocity and quality.
- Mentor TPMs and engineers, embedding accountability and continuous improvement in team culture.
- 8 years of equivalent professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or 6 years of equivalent experience with a Master’s degree.
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a Technical Program Manager, or Engineering Manager/Software Engineer with strong program management skills.
- Certified Scrum Master and/or PMP certification, or equivalent.
- Deep knowledge of conversational AI or AI-driven system implementation.
- Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects across global teams.
- Expertise in project management methodologies, metrics, and scaling practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the credibility to influence across functions and leadership levels.
This role is available throughout Canada. Employees within a 100-kilometer radius of our Toronto office are expected to work from the office on three pre-scheduled “core days” each month to encourage cross-team connection and in-person collaboration. Compensation includes salary and equity, comprehensive healthcare, paid time off, and other benefits.
