This role operates within Eastern Time (ET) working hours and requires availability aligned to that time zone.
You will work closely with engineering, product management, infrastructure, and operations teams to drive outcomes and provide clear visibility to stakeholders at all levels. This position requires both strong technical acumen and exceptional leadership skills.

  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource needs in collaboration with stakeholders;
  • Manage interdependencies across multiple workstreams and technical teams;
  • Oversee risk identification, mitigation planning, and escalation management;
  • Ensure deliverables meet business requirements, compliance standards, and quality expectations;
Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership;
  • Facilitate regular project updates, executive reporting, and performance tracking;
  • Align technical priorities with business goals and manage stakeholder expectations;
Technical Expertise & Collaboration
  • Partner with engineering and architecture teams to translate business needs into technical requirements;
  • Understand system architectures, APIs, integrations, and deployment pipelines to facilitate informed decision-making;
  • Drive process improvements and introduce best practices for agile, hybrid, or waterfall project delivery methodologies;
Team Leadership & Mentoring
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to junior project managers and coordinators;
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture across cross-functional teams.

Who you are

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience;
  • 7+ years of experience managing complex technical projects, ideally within enterprise environments;
  • Proven track record of delivering software, infrastructure, or systems integration projects on time and within budget;
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, software development lifecycles, and enterprise architectures;
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet);
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams across multiple global locations;
  • Experience in the broadcast, media, or technology industry;
  • Familiarity with security, compliance, and data governance requirements;
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to leverage data and key metrics to guide decision-making and measure success.

Working Conditions

  • Competitive Compensation packages;
  • Energizing and supportive work environment;
  • This role operates within Eastern Time (ET) working hours and requires availability aligned to that time zone;
  • Travel requirement is approximately 20% to 30%, depending on project complexity;
  • Onsite stay duration will vary but will not exceed one week per visit;
  • Remote work;
  • Salary Range: $130,000 – $155,000 CAD annually, based on experience and qualifications.
