The Role
We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager who will own the end-to-end delivery of complex engineering initiatives. This role requires someone who can take broad strategic direction, translate it into clear plans, and drive execution to ensure successful outcomes.
You will partner with Engineering and Product to align teams around priorities, anticipate and resolve delivery risks, and maintain steady forward momentum. This role is deeply hands-on and focused on tangible, measurable results—not theoretical frameworks or process for process’s sake.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technical initiatives and cross-functional engineering programs
- Drive structured planning, scope definition, and milestone alignment across multiple teams
- Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs
- Facilitate cross-team coordination to ensure seamless execution
- Maintain visibility into progress, timelines, and delivery health
- Ensure engineering priorities are aligned with broader product and business goals
- Support tactical execution needs including sprint planning alignment, release coordination, and stakeholder reporting
- Continuously improve execution discipline and delivery predictability
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in technical agile project management within product-driven software organizations
- Strong understanding of modern software development practices and engineering workflows
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-team technical initiatives
- Practical, execution-oriented mindset focused on delivering outcomes over process theory
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, shifting requirements, and ambiguity
- Strong risk management and dependency mapping skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to align engineers, product leaders, and executives
