What You'll Do:

  • Redesign and standardize the UI and UX for our applications to ensure consistency and ease of use.
  • Conduct UX research and understand user journeys to optimize the user experience.
  • Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive design system in Figma to streamline workflows and ensure uniformity.
  • Monitor user feedback through Slack, research, and analytics, proactively suggesting design improvements.
  • Contribute to the design of new features by providing creative and functional UI/UX solutions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups, ensuring iterative improvements through usability testing.

Job Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in Web3 startups, fintech or banking.
  • Native English speaker with exceptional copywriting skills, capable of crafting clear, concise, and user-friendly UI copy.
  • Expertise in Figma, including managing design systems.
  • Strong understanding of UX flows, research methodologies, and user journey mapping.
  • Ability to work independently, making design decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in collaborating with engineers to ensure design feasibility.
  • Familiarity with blockchain concepts, fintech or, especially related to wallets, security, and financial transactions.
  • Portfolio showcasing high-quality UI/UX work (must be provided with application)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with front-end development.
  • Experience conducting user testing and analytics-driven design improvements.
