About the Role:
As a Senior UX Designer, you will design thoughtful, intuitive experiences for AI-driven features across the Netomi platform. You will work on complex, enterprise-scale workflows and help translate customer needs and product requirements into clear, usable designs.

You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to design, test, and iterate on experiences that help global brands successfully deploy agentic AI at scale, delivering a leading-edge experience for our customers. This is a hands-on individual contributor role, with a strong focus on execution, problem-solving, and design quality.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of design work for assigned features, while collaborating closely with the design team to exchange ideas, align on solutions, and raise the overall quality of the product experience.
  • Design end-to-end user experiences for AI-centric features, from early concepts to high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Conduct and support user research activities such as interviews, usability testing, and surveys, and synthesize findings into actionable insights.
  • Translate product requirements and user needs into wireframes, flows, prototypes, and design specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers to understand requirements and explore design options that meet user and business goals.
  • Work with engineers during implementation to ensure designs are feasible, high quality, and consistent with design intent.
  • Identify usability issues and iterate on designs through testing and feedback.
  • Apply user-centered design principles to solve complex B2B and enterprise UX challenges.
  • Experience contributing to the creation or evolution of a design system for a complex product, with a strong understanding of consistency, scalability, and usability.
  • Document design decisions, research findings, and iterations as needed.
  • A collaborative team player who values feedback, open discussion, and continuous learning.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a UX or Product Designer, with significant experience designing B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms.
  • Experience working on AI, Generative AI, or agentic AI–powered products, with an understanding of how AI impacts UX patterns and workflows.
  • Strong hands-on skills in interaction design, information architecture, and prototyping.
  • Experience conducting or supporting user research and using qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design decisions.
  • Ability to clearly communicate design rationale and trade-offs to product and engineering partners.
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of visual and interaction design quality.
  • Proficiency with Figma and modern design workflows.
  • Comfortable moving between low-fidelity sketches and high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • A portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UX problem-solving, especially for complex systems.

Additional Awesomeness

  • Experience working with multiple design and/or development teams in different time zones.
  • UI experience in building, uplifting and/or maintaining a design library of components, demonstrating a strong understanding of patterns and pixel-perfect consistency.
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS to better communicate with engineering and understand front-end constraints.
  • This role is open to candidates based in Canada, working primarily in Eastern Time (EST). The team is distributed globally, including partners in India, and values thoughtful, asynchronous and cross-time-zone collaboration.
