We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager/Specialist with advanced HubSpot expertise to lead our SEO efforts and enhance our digital visibility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing effective SEO strategies, collaborating with the content team, and utilizing HubSpot’s powerful tools to drive organic growth. This role is crucial for boosting our brand presence as we expand globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement SEO Strategy: Formulate a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and maximize brand visibility.
  • HubSpot Integration: Utilize HubSpot to optimize marketing automation workflows, build SEO-focused landing pages, and enhance lead generation.
  • On-Page and Off-Page SEO: Conduct thorough keyword research, optimize content, implement link-building strategies, and perform site audits to identify and resolve issues.
  • Content Optimization: Work closely with the content team to create and optimize high-quality, engaging content that aligns with SEO best practices.
  • Technical SEO: Collaborate with web developers to ensure website structure, code, and navigation are optimized for search engines.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor key SEO metrics using tools such as HubSpot. Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team.
  • A/B Testing and Experimentation: Conduct A/B tests on landing pages and site content to improve conversion rates.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates to ensure strategies remain effective.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of proven SEO experience, preferably within the SaaS or tech industry.
  • HubSpot Expertise: Advanced skills in using HubSpot for content management, lead tracking, and marketing automation.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and SEO tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data, generate actionable insights, and adapt strategies based on performance.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry Knowledge: Experience with global payroll, payments, or HCM sectors.
  • Certifications: SEO certifications or HubSpot Marketing Software Certification.
  • Additional Tools: Proficiency in using other analytics or user behavior tools.
  • Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment
  • Familiarity with global payment systems and payroll processes.
  • Bilingual abilities, particularly in English and Spanish.
