- Build and maintain high-performance backend systems in Go and Rust, utilizing essential programming languages to power reliable and scalable APIs.
- Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Product teams to design secure, efficient architectures.
- Write clean, well-documented code, review peers’ work, and mentor junior engineers.
- Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure systems run smoothly at scale.
- Work hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC tools like Terraform to deliver robust infrastructure.
- Bring 4+ years of software engineering experience and a solid CS foundation (degree or equivalent).
- Code like a pro in Go and Rust, with deep skills in concurrency, memory safety, and performance tuning.
- Build and scale high-performance systems, APIs, and services that handle serious workloads.
- Work hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC tools like Terraform to deliver rock-solid infrastructure.
- Solve complex problems with clear thinking, strong collaboration, and a passion for clean, efficient code.
