How You’ll Make An Impact
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Solution Manager for AI to join our Product & Technology group. This role will focus on building market presence and driving early traction with customers for our AI solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Managers to align product offerings with market needs and customer expectations, ensuring that our AI solutions resonate in the marketplace.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Boomi's AI solutions, focusing on building brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to understand product features and benefits, translating them into compelling value propositions for customers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform product positioning and messaging.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their challenges, and identify opportunities for AI solutions to drive business value.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer success teams, to ensure alignment and support for AI initiatives.
- Create and deliver presentations, demos, and training materials to educate customers and internal teams about AI solutions.
- Monitor and report on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activities to inform product development and marketing strategies.
The Experience You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a solution management, product marketing, or similar role, with a focus on AI or technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in business contexts.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in customer engagement and relationship management, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Compensation and Benefits
Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position in our Vancouver hub ranges from $113,904 - $142,380 CAD annually + applicable bonus. Final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
