How you will make a difference:  

  • RFP Response Development: Support the creation, review of comprehensive responses to RFPs, RFIs, and other proposal documents. Tailor content to meet client specifications and highlight the strengths of our solutions.
  • Content Management: Maintain a repository of standard proposal content, including company information, case studies, product features, compliance data, and technical specifications. Regularly update materials to reflect the latest offerings and industry best practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) across the organization (sales, marketing, product, legal, etc.) to gather accurate information, ensure alignment with client needs, and produce winning proposals.
  • Editing and Proofreading: Ensure all proposal content is professionally written, error-free, and follows brand guidelines. Review and edit documents for clarity, consistency, and adherence to submission guidelines.
  • Deadlines Management: Manage workload to the client led timelines and internal deadlines for proposal creation, review, and submission. Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and with the highest level of quality.
  • Compliance and Accuracy: Ensure all RFP responses meet the required compliance standards, and that all technical and legal information is correct and approved by relevant departments.

What will make you stand out:   

  • Writing Skills: Exceptional English language writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling content tailored to specific audiences.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate across teams.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in content and compliance with client requirements.
  • Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather information and develop proposals.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with RFP management tools (for example Loopio, RFPIO) and MS Office (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Loopio experience a distinct advantage
  • Research Skills: Ability to conduct research on client needs, industry trends, and competitors to inform and strengthen proposals.
