The Specialist I, Functional Support plays a vital role in sustaining and optimizing our Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems and processes. This position ensures data integrity, supports performance analytics, and drives continuous improvement across business units. You will provide functional expertise in system usage, reporting, and organizational change, collaborating with teams to align with enterprise standards while supporting end-users through training and troubleshooting.

What You Will Do

  • Provide enterprise-wide functional support for asset management systems, processes, and reporting tools including root cause analysis, upgrades, and contributes to governance of design decisions.

  • Support asset management systems and processes by maintaining accurate documentation, facilitating multi-functional collaboration, and ensuring updates are well-governed and optimally communicated.

  • Lead or support sustainment activities including incident and problem management, user support, and system enhancement testing (e.g., UAT/ORT).

  • Support complex changes including projects, complex enhancements and M&A activities.

  • Provide timely communication and escalation of issues to people leader or impacted leader

  • Promote alignment with the EAM Framework by ensuring that functional support activities reinforce enterprise-wide asset management strategies and objectives

Who You Are

  • 8+ years of experience in Asset Management, Data Governance or System support

  • Related University degree or equivalent experience or technical training in a relevant field such as Engineering, Information systems or Business.

  • Solid understanding of asset management principles, frameworks (e.g., ISO 55000), and lifecycle practices.

  • Proficiency in enterprise systems such as Maximo, Copperleaf, and related reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).

  • Proven ability to analyze, interpret, and troubleshoot data and system issues.

  • Customer-focused, dedicated to supporting end-users and improving their experience.
