Ready to join a mission that matters? The future of cybersecurity starts with you.

About the Role:

CrowdStrike is seeking a seasoned Senior Agile Program Manager to lead, coach, and scale Agile execution across our high-impact, cross-functional web and marketing teams. This individual will orchestrate collaboration across developers, UX/designers, content strategists, and other stakeholders to deliver world-class web experiences that support our brand and business growth.

As part of our commitment to innovation, you’ll help teams leverage AI for intelligent workflows, agentic automation, and efficiency gains. From using AI agents to streamline cross-team coordination and automating repetitive tasks, to optimizing sprint planning with AI-driven insights, you’ll champion ways to embed AI deeply into our delivery processes — freeing teams to focus on high-value, creative, and strategic work. This is more than a project manager role — it's a mission-critical leadership position for someone who can bring structure to ambiguity, unlock team potential, and deliver measurable results while evangelizing Agile values and AI-powered automation across a rapidly scaling enterprise.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and deliver complex programs from initiation through execution across multiple work streams including development, UX/design, marketing, and production.

  • Act as Scrum Master across multiple Agile teams, facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, and backlog refinement with precision and clarity.

  • Coach and train cross-functional teams — including those adopting AI-powered workflow automation and agentic tools — on Agile/Scrum best practices, tailoring approaches to maturity and needs.

  • Champion Agile metrics and reporting (velocity, burndown charts, team health) — incorporating AI analytics to enhance forecasting accuracy, efficiency, and decision-making.

  • Work with stakeholders to prioritize work, resolve roadblocks, and align teams around shared goals and milestones.

  • Translate complex technical, creative, and AI-driven process dependencies into clear, achievable roadmaps — managing change with confidence and communicating implications broadly.

  • Guide teams through continuous improvement, fostering a mindset of experimentation, feedback, and adaptation, including exploring AI-enabled process optimization.

  • Ensure program transparency across the organization through thoughtful documentation, dashboards, and regular stakeholder communication — enhanced by AI-driven reporting tools.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g. Computer Science, Business, Communications, Marketing).

  • 8+ years of experience in program or technical project management with significant experience in Agile and Scrum environments.

  • 3+ years serving as a Scrum Master for digital or cross-functional product teams, ideally in a web or marketing-focused organization.

  • Strong proficiency with Jira and related Agile tools for sprint tracking, dashboards, and cross-team coordination.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams (developers, designers, producers, marketers) in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted project management, agentic automation, content workflows, and efficiency-driven process redesign is a plus.

  • A deep understanding of Agile and Scrum principles — and the emotional intelligence to know when and how to flex them.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — including explaining Agile and AI concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Track record of implementing Agile at scale and evolving team delivery maturity over time.

  • Ability to work with globally distributed teams and accommodate time zone differences as needed.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM)

  • Certified Scrum Professional (CSP-SM)

  • SAFe® Agilist (SA) or SAFe® Scrum Master (SSM)

  • PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in the cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise tech industry.

  • Background in marketing operations, web strategy, or content-driven product delivery.

  • Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks and practices in global matrixed organizations.

  • Hands-on experience with AI agents, workflow automation, and analytics platforms for Agile planning and delivery.
