About the Role:
CrowdStrike is seeking a Regional Director of Corporate Sales to lead, coach, and mentor a team
of talented Corporate Account Executives covering the Corporate and SMB segments who focus on new logo acquisition and client development. This team manages the full sales cycle for the Corporate and SMB segments.

UK (Reading based contract) and commutable to the Reading office with WFH flexibility by agreement with leadership.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build discipline and cadence across the sales team to optimize execution in all aspects of the sales process.

  • Provide Director level leadership to front line sales managers (each leading teams of 6-10 reps).

  • Coach managers and reps on sales strategies, technique, and best practice.

  • Drive forecast accuracy  to management.

  • Drive the adoption of all appropriate initiatives to improve sales excellence (MEDDPICC,  training and enablement prescribed by the global enablement team).

  • Work with internal teams to grow the team’s pipeline and increase close rates.

  • Drive and oversee the recruitment, onboarding  and ramping of top sales talent.

  • Meet with customers and prospects to understand their security needs and how.

  • CrowdStrike may be able to stop them from being breached.

  • Some travel required to attend trade shows and internal meetings as required.

What You’ll Need:

  • 7+ years of Sales leadership experience generating net new business for a technology company, preferably in SaaS and/or Security.

  • Strong track record of building a high performance sales culture in a large team.

  • 7+ years of front-line sales management with history of meeting/exceeding quota and performance expectations.

  • Experience with Salesforce reporting.

  • Experience hiring and working in a rapidly changing environment.

  • Channel Sales experience.
