We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Finance Manager to support our Commercial division. This role will focus on pricing new enterprise deals, analyzing sales productivity, enhancing retention, and partnering with Commercial leadership to drive business success.

This role can be based at any of the following Shift4 locations:  Tampa, FL / Las Vegas, NV / Center Valley, PA / Morrisville, NC / Atlanta, GA  Relocation assistance may be available. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage pricing models for new enterprise deals.
  • Analyze sales productivity and provide actionable insights.
  • Possess an outstanding ability to manipulate and analyze data then recommend solutions for complex data sets.
  • Collaborate with Commercial leadership to support strategic decision-making.
  • Communicate complex deal models clearly to senior leadership
  • Manage competing priorities effectively, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, Mathematics or Statistics. MBA is a plus.
  • 5 years experience in Finance, Pricing, Corporate Development or Sales Operations.
  • A strong background in payments processing and/or Fin-Tech with progressive growth within the industry
  • Superior knowledge of Excel, Google sheet and Tableau.
  • Proficiency in other Microsoft products, including PowerPoint, Access, and Word.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
