Compensation Package : $81,600.00 - $108,900.00 . CAD annually + Bonus Eligibility

What you'll be doing .
- Act as financial business partner to the Sales team supporting customer and product profitability via ad hoc financial modeling, trade, and cost-of-Goods-Sold analytics. Presenting these in a clear, concise and compelling financial storyline to senior leadership (both financial and non-financial stakeholders)
- Contribute to improving sales forecast and proposing actions to mitigate trade related risks and maximize growth and profit opportunities
- Drive research and analysis of key product drivers, trends and performance indicators
- Build strong working relationships with business partners across the organization
- Work on other assigned priorities and contribute to organizational development of the North American finance organization in support of our North American businesses
- Manage Trade Spend for direct customers and operators, ensuring accurate accruals, reporting, and alignment with profitability targets
- Support demand planning with both top-down targets and bottom-up sales input
What you'll need to be successful .
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, or Accounting
- Minimum 3+ years of financial analysis and/or accounting experience; experience in Consumer Packaged Goods or Foodservice is an asset
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, modeling) and ERP systems; SAP and OneStream experience preferred
- Proficiency in Power BI or experience in other data analytics platforms considered an asset
- Strong knowledge of accounting and finance practices, including margin analysis and ROI
- Customer-obsessed mindset with a willingness to take initiative and actively engage stakeholders
- CPA designation or MBA preferred
- Ability to interpret and simplify complex financial data into actionable insights
- Strong business acumen and ability to tell the story behind the numbers
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with Sales teams
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and accuracy
- Analytical and problem-solving strength, with exceptional attention to detail
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to navigate changing business needs
