Our Global Onboarding Programs Manager takes on a leadership position of business process owner and is responsible for the day-to-day operation, management, and service levels of their respective team. This role drives cross-functional collaboration and designs scalable programs that enhance our employee experience and operational efficiency.
Supported by an extended team, this role acts as a subject matter expert of our HR technology, delivering front line support, providing consultation on how the global Onboarding programs, key HR processes and technology intersect.

Compensation Package : $107,600.00 - $143,500.00 CAD annuall y + bonus eligibility
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education/training, and other organizational needs.

What you'll be doing .
- Partner cross functionally with the different teams responsible for delivering the components of our Onboarding programs - Process, Technology, Culture and knowledge management.
- Lead and manage the global onboarding team, creating a collaborative atmosphere, providing guidance, training and motivation as necessary to develop the team.
- Monitor team performance against expectations, tracking individual and team performance metrics to ensure consistent delivery of onboarding services across regions.
- Provide input into the overall Employee Experience Centre strategy, policies, tools and programs based on business needs and insights
- Partner cross functionally on continuous improvement initiatives to ensure services continue to be effectively delivered
- Lead the design and support implementation of projects and initiatives as required under the broader onboarding program strategy.
What you'll need to be successful .
- A minimum of 8-10+ years professional experience is required
- Proven experience in managing global teams and delivering programs at scale
- Background in Shared Services will be a strong asset
- Proficiency with HR systems (ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP etc.) is required
- Strong problem solving, process design thinking and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a geographically dispersed team, often requiring flexible hours to accommodate
- Demonstrated ability to consult cross-functionally and drive organizational change through influence and collaboration
