The Senior Manager, IT Product Management will lead the strategic vision, development, and execution of the IT product portfolio, with a focus on enterprise systems, data governance, AI enablement, and cross-functional platform integration. This role will oversee a team of product managers and collaborate closely with our application, data and security teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that align with corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the IT product vision and roadmap in alignment with enterprise goals, including AI strategy, data governance, and digital transformation initiatives.
Portfolio Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of IT products and platforms, including Salesforce, ServiceNow, NetSuite, Workday, and internal AI tools.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with GTM, Engineering, Security, Finance, HR, and Legal to ensure seamless delivery and compliance across systems.
Innovation & AI Enablement: Champion the development of internal AI tools and agentic workforce capabilities, ensuring alignment with corporate AI principles and governance frameworks.
Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team of product managers and analysts, fostering a culture of ownership, agility, and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison between IT and business units, translating strategic needs into actionable product plans.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure all products meet enterprise standards for data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in IT, product management, or business systems leadership roles
5+ years leading product or portfolio teams, with proven success in building roadmaps and delivering outcomes
Proven track record managing enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, NetSuite).
Experience with Agile, SAFe, or product operating models at scale
Experience with Data Governance and AI/ML technologies will be a plus
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with cross-functional leadership in a matrixed organization.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
Passion for enabling users, simplifying complexity, and driving enterprise impact
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Preferred Attributes
Experience in scaling internal AI tools and agentic workforce capabilities.
Familiarity with IT asset management processes and enterprise architecture governance.
Background in SaaS, cybersecurity, or identity management platforms.

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the SailPoint Corporate Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission, along with potential eligibility for equity participation. SailPoint maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect SailPoint’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. We estimate the base salary, for US-based employees, will be in this range from (min-mid-max, USD):
$127,600 - $182,300 - $237,000Base salaries for employees based in other locations are competitive for the employee’s home location.
