About This Opportunity:
The Sr. Manager, Learning Operations is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and execution of the organization’s learning operations ensuring successful delivery, optimal learner experience, and alignment with business goals by managing the operational aspects of the Learning Center of Excellence including process optimization, project management, technology and vendor relationships, and team performance metrics while collaborating with stakeholders to identify and address needs across the organization.
Primary responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Manage and optimize the operational rhythm of the Learning Center of Excellence including ways of working, tech stack, and processes.
- Manage and develop a team to create best-in-class content and deliverables including, but not limited to, e-learning, instructor-led training, webinars, and event presentations.
- Oversee vendor relationships and budgets including third-party due diligence processes and executing vendor portfolio rationalization strategies.
- Support the Sr. Director, Learning and/or Chief Learning Officer on various executive-level and/or high profile presentations and communication plans.
- Track and report on the team’s key success metrics with ownership of the team’s Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) reporting.
- Leverage key data to report on the effectiveness of the content strategy, continuously improve the quality of deliverables, and manage team workload.
- Collaborate with the Learning Program Managers and internal teams to anticipate upcoming initiatives that require roadmap adjustments for the function.
- Balance the needs of the business with maintaining a high bar for content quality, adhering to Docebo Brand guidelines and presenting complex information in a clear, simple, and visually engaging manner.
- Communicate effectively with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and other stakeholders to support key business initiatives.
- Serve as an advocate for the Learning organization, enabling internal teams and external customers to engage with Docebo University offerings effectively.

- Success in this role requires advanced strategic thinking and analytical skills and the ability to see the big picture of interconnectivity and interdependencies across the organization.
- You are a project management mastermind who thrives in driving team deliverables to completion. Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Education and Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in learning operations, training leadership, or a similar role, preferably within a SaaS technology company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Instructional Design, Communication, Adult Learning, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. PMP certification preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with learning technologies, science, and analytics to drive innovative solutions.
