Primary Responsibilities
- Manage complex feasibility assessments for mid- to large-scale projects, identifying network capabilities and developing detailed capital business cases.
- Oversee the operational commercialization of projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with budget and stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Procurement, R&D, Manufacturing) to implement innovative supply chain solutions.
- Lead the execution of process improvement initiatives and margin enhancement efforts, focusing on scalability and sustainability.
- Provide input and recommendations to leadership on network optimization and supply chain strategies.
- Develop and manage detailed project documentation, including risk mitigation strategies, progress reports, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Food Science, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in supply chain, project management, or related fields.
- Proven ability to manage mid-sized, cross-functional projects with moderate complexity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on driving process improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence key stakeholders.
