Job Description
The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Development will act as a key contributor to high-impact supply chain projects and initiatives, bridging the gap between intermediate and senior-level responsibilities. This position focuses on managing complex projects, driving efficiency improvements, and supporting cross-functional teams to optimize Kraft Heinz's supply chain network.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage complex feasibility assessments for mid- to large-scale projects, identifying network capabilities and developing detailed capital business cases.
  • Oversee the operational commercialization of projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with budget and stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Procurement, R&D, Manufacturing) to implement innovative supply chain solutions.
  • Lead the execution of process improvement initiatives and margin enhancement efforts, focusing on scalability and sustainability.
  • Provide input and recommendations to leadership on network optimization and supply chain strategies.
  • Develop and manage detailed project documentation, including risk mitigation strategies, progress reports, and performance metrics.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Food Science, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in supply chain, project management, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to manage mid-sized, cross-functional projects with moderate complexity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on driving process improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence key stakeholders.
