About the team and the role: 
An eBay company, TCGplayer is on a quest to be the most trusted trading card game (TCG) platform — connecting and empowering the hobby community. Founded by and for TCG enthusiasts, we operate a global marketplace, and create tools, technologies and solutions that help small businesses simply and profitably sell TCGs at scale.

As Head of Seller Revenue Operations, you will join the Seller Growth & Success team who are responsible for supporting sales, revenue, and seller enablement growth at TCGplayer from top of funnel lead generation all the way through to upsells and retention of existing sellers. These responsibilities focus primarily on TCGplayer.com sellers on our core marketplace platform, and ROCA robotics business.

The Head of Seller Revenue Operations will collaborate across marketing, sales, account management, and customer support teams to drive wins, insights and analysis that can help us identify growth opportunities in the market and efficiencies in day-to-day operations. 

Reporting into the VP of Seller Growth & Success, the right candidate is someone who is data centric, process oriented, systems savvy, and entrepreneurial. Success in this role requires the ability to maintain and implement a best in class sales techstack, while also leveraging insights from them to improve business operations. This role will also be responsible for managing a team of direct reports who will work in tandem with you to drive outcomes on a weekly basis. 
What you will accomplish: 

  •  End-to-end responsibility for managing all aspects of sales use of Hubspot, including administration, configuration, data integrity, dashboards and reports, imports/exports, leads analysis, user training, and continuous improvement.

  • Draft, own, and execute  the seller revenue and marketplace inventory strategy for TCGplayer.com

  • Own reporting and data analysis for all seller activity on TCGplayer predominantly through database tool Snowflake, and data visualization tool Tableau.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Customer Support  to drive go-to-market operations and achieve growth goals.

  • Review and improve the tech stack and tools of our go to market motion, primarily dealing with Hubspot, but also interacting with tools such as Zoom, Slack, and Zendesk.

  • Identify performance trends and customer insights through the proactive analysis of reports and dashboards to come up with improvements to the go to market motion.

  • Participate in the development and delivery of sales enablement and training materials to ensure professional growth for team members

  • Lead and develop a team of Revenue Operations associates responsible for delivering on seller growth and success goals for TCGplayer. 

  • Other duties and projects as assigned. 

What you will bring: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (advanced degree or MBA is a plus)

  • Experience building and leading high performing teams.

  •  8+ years experience in Sales/Revenue Operation, ideally within a marketplace platform.

  • Experience working with small and medium sized business customers.

  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing sales processes and infrastructure while leveraging data to drive influence and strategy

  • Mastery of Hubspot with expertise in leading Hubspot improvement efforts

  • SQL fluency for report generation and dashboard management

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:

PA, MD, GA, FL, TX, IL, CO a base salary range of $125,000-$145,000 applies. For candidates located in UT, IN, NC, SC, TN and other states, a base salary range of $115,000-125,000 applies.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
