Job Description
Applied Systems, Inc., a worldwide leader in insurance technology, is currently searching for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team of marketing professionals, responsible for the strategy, planning, and execution required to drive more market share and wallet share for EZLynx. We need a strategic Senior Marketing Manager to drive adoption of our EZLynx Rater and Agency Management System (AMS) through effective messaging, market intelligence, upsell initiatives, and innovative marketing campaigns with our Alliance Partner network. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with the sales, partnerships, and the broader marketing team.
In this role, you'll focus on generating demand and accelerating customer acquisition across key target segments. You will be responsible for creating and executing high-impact campaigns that drive lead generation, nurture prospects, and expand market share for EZLynx. With a strong emphasis on data-driven strategies and market insights, you will work closely with internal teams to design campaigns that engage and convert leads, while measuring and optimizing for results. What You'll Do

  • Demand Generation - Lead the day-to-day execution of demand generation campaigns for EZLynx Rater and Agency Management System (AMS), working closely with the sales and business development teams.
  • Industry Partner Collaboration - Manage and execute marketing initiatives with key industry partners to drive adoption and maximize the impact of EZLynx solutions in target groups.
  • Upsell Initiatives - Own and manage upsell campaigns for products like Retention Center, Automation Center, Sales Center, and AppliedPay, ensuring effective messaging and compelling value propositions to drive customer growth and engagement.
  • Reputation Management - Lead marketing efforts to encourage positive customer reviews and enhance brand reputation by creating campaigns that showcase the value of EZLynx products and customer success stories.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with the sales, partnerships, and broader marketing teams to align on strategies and tactics that support overall revenue and adoption goals for EZLynx solutions.
  • Market Insights & Reporting - Continuously gather market intelligence and customer feedback to optimize demand generation efforts, providing regular performance updates and recommendations for ongoing campaign improvements.
  • Campaign Optimization - Analyze campaign performance data to refine and optimize marketing efforts, ensuring the highest possible conversion rates and measurable results.


What You'll Need to Succeed
We're looking for someone who:

  • Can work remotely or from an Applied Systems office


Your experience should include some or all of the following:

  • 5-7 years experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong preference for experience in the SMB and/or InsurTech space
  • Proven ability to execute demand generation campaigns and drive adoption for B2B SaaS
  • Demonstrable experience managing and executing marketing initiatives with strategic partners to increase product adoption
  • Strong background in user community management, working with customers to and stay engaged with the product
  • Experience in reputation management, driving positive customer reviews, and building strong brand equity through targeted marketing campaigns
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with proven success working with sales, partnerships, product teams, and broader marketing functions
  • Motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, technology, or related field
