We are looking for a Senior Network Automation & AI Engineer to drive automation, AI adoption, and operational efficiency across a global infrastructure environment. You'll build scalable automation solutions, AI-powered workflows, and self-healing capabilities that improve reliability and operational excellence.
Location: Canada
Qualifications we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in Automation Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Automation
- Python, REST APIs, Terraform, Ansible, Git/GitHub, CI/CD Pipelines
- Experience building automation solutions from concept through production deployment
- Hands-on experience with GenAI, Agentic AI, LLMs, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, RAG architectures, or similar platforms
Job duties:
- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Python, REST APIs, Infrastructure-as-Code, and modern automation frameworks
- Build and implement AI-powered workflows leveraging GenAI, Agentic AI, RAG architectures, and enterprise AI platforms
- Automate provisioning, monitoring, troubleshooting, compliance validation, and remediation across network, cloud, and security environments
- Partner with Network, Cloud, Security, and Infrastructure teams to identify and deliver automation opportunities
- Develop integrations across enterprise platforms and operational tools
Nice to have:
- SD-WAN (VeloCloud preferred), Palo Alto Firewalls, F5 Load Balancers, Aruba/Cisco
- Multi-cloud environments (Azure, GCP, OCI)
- Experience in large-scale retail or distributed enterprise environments
