The Senior B2B Growth Product Manager will develop strategies for customer growth, enhance user engagement, analyze data, and improve product retention.

Sauce is looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Senior B2B Growth Product Manager to join our vibrant team who will focus mainly on developing and implementing strategies to drive B2B customer growth such as engagement and retention.
What You'll Do:
- Gain a deep understanding of B2B customer experience.
- Develop and execute growth strategies in our different B2B products to increase customer engagement and retention, (such as restaurant dashboard, restaurant emails etc.).
- Analyze user behavior and engagement data to identify opportunities for improving engagement and stickiness rates.
- Enhance UI/UX to improve usability and overall customer satisfaction, ensuring intuitive and efficient interactions with our platform.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to ensure alignment on objectives and maximize product value for restaurant owners.
- Identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that improve customer experience, grow retention and drive growth.
- Utilize data analytics tools to measure the impact of product changes on customer retention.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize features.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user growth and retention.
- Regularly report on the success of retention initiatives and provide insights for improvement.
What You Bring:
- 5+ proven experience in product management, specifically in B2B growth and product strategy in the tech industry.
- Proficient in SQL—you can comfortably write queries (joins, sub‑queries, aggregates) to pull insights and guide product decisions
- Data driven approach, strong analytical skills are essential for this role. The candidate should be comfortable working with data analytics tools to track and analyze user behavior, identify trends, conduct A/B tests, and derive actionable insights to improve retention rates.
- Understand customer lifecycle management, user retention strategies, and customer segmentation.
- Experience (or knowledge) of the restaurant industry, particularly online ordering and food delivery services, is highly desirable. Understanding the pain points, needs, and preferences of restaurant owners and consumers in this industry is crucial for success.

- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, etc.).
- Good writing and verbal skills in English.
- A user-centric mindset with a proven track record of improving product UI/UX.
