Product Marketing Managers are responsible for developing and executing effective marketing Go-To-Market for our solutions. This individual contributor serves as the product’s strategic advocate, collaborating cross functionally across departments including product management, marketing, sales, and customer success to support business growth. This role develops messaging, positioning, and launch strategies that drive adoption, revenue, and customer satisfaction. They handle market research on current market trends, influence pricing and packaging, guide sales teams, and take part in presentations and events. Product marketers are the voice of the customer, researching buyer needs and experiences and translating these findings into product roadmaps in coordination with product management, as well as competitive counter-tactics.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute end-to-end product marketing strategies including market research, product positioning, messaging, and launch plans that optimize programs including new business, increased cross-sell and positive ROI
  • Craft compelling positioning & messaging that underscores the value propositions, differentiates our solutions, and aligns with our corporate strategy to increase buyer engagement and solution win rates. Lead cross-functional efforts for product launches, collaborating with product management, marketing, sales, enablement, and customer success
  • Accomplish results by coaching and guiding colleagues as a project-based leader; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards, and managing initiatives through an effective portfolio management framework to deliver against key financial targets 
  • Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to understand customer needs and market trends, translating these findings into product roadmap recommendations, enhanced competitive tactics, and GTM strategies including the definition of product offerings, pricing, geographic coverage, and channel penetration
  • Utilize various channels to gain knowledge of customer use of current products, additional opportunities and buyer demands
  • Monitor the latest technology and Product Marketing trends through data-driven analysis and serve as a subject matter expert for Product Marketing activities, identifying and applying best practices in product marketing

What You'll Bring

  • Education: Required: Bachelor’s Degree Preferred: Marketing Degree or in Related Field 
  • Experience: Required: 7+ years of related experience in Marketing, Product Management, SaaS and/or B2B capacity
  • Ability to think and communicate strategically 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time with little supervision
  • Ability to present and influence an executive audience
  • Ability to empathize with our users/market and assume their perspective
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking ability required 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate and communicate with other teams, especially with the product and sales
  • Positive and flexible attitude; ability to adapt well to change 
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
