Responsibilities
  • Create and execute project schedules for hardware development, ensuring alignment with requirements, design, and verification.

 

  • Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams and manage risks related to project timelines and deliverables.

 

  • Track and report on development milestones and weekly project progress to stakeholders.

 

  • Identify potential issues and develop mitigation plans to address them proactively.

 

  • Coordinate prototype hardware builds, including managing Purchase Orders with suppliers.

 

  • Foster collaboration and a positive working environment among team members and stakeholders.

 

  • Conduct project performance analysis to ensure goals are met within time and budget constraints.

 

  • Lead post-mortem reviews to capture insights and improve future project execution.

           
 

Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • B.Eng./B.Sc. in a technical field (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science or related)

  • 5 - 10 years of hardware project/product management experience

  • Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within scope

  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on relationship building

  • Proficient in project planning tools like MS Project and Excel

Nice-To-Have:

  • M.Sc. in a technical field

  • PMP Certification

  • Experience in the telecommunications industry

  • Familiarity with Confluence and Jira tools

  • Agile project management experience
