Job Description

Your Career

We're looking for a Sr. Regional Marketing Manager to accelerate our growth initiatives across Canada. As a key player on our North America Marketing team, you'll be responsible for building and scaling a fully integrated marketing engine.

This role requires a proactive and data-driven visionary to design, build, and scale an integrated marketing engine. You'll be responsible for the strategy and execution of comprehensive, full-funnel programs including live, virtual, and partner-led engagements to generate pipeline, accelerate deals, and deepen our brand presence. You'll translate our go-to-market strategy into action, leveraging your deep understanding of Canada's diverse markets and key partnerships to make a tangible impact and drive significant business growth.

Your Impact

  • Design and execute integrated, full-funnel marketing programs that leverage digital, partner-led, and account-based marketing (ABM) tactics to drive brand awareness, pipeline, and revenue.

  • Lead data-driven campaigns from planning to execution, including budget allocation, tactical mix, and setting clear, quantifiable goals.

  • Own marketing performance by using a data-driven approach to forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of all awareness and demand creation activities.

  • Serve as a trusted marketing business partner for sales and partner sales leadership in Canada, ensuring efforts are strategically aligned with business objectives and goals.

  • Lead our partner marketing strategy, collaborating with partner teams to create and execute joint programs that drive net new business and expand existing accounts.

  • Maintain transparency by communicating program results, learnings, and performance against pipeline and revenue goals to all stakeholders.

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • 10+ years of B2B software/cybersecurity marketing experience with a proven track record of creating successful full-funnel and partner programs

  • Deep Expertise in Regional Marketing: Proven ability to build, scale, and manage regional marketing programs for Commercial, Mid-market, and SMB accounts, with specific expertise in the Canadian market and partner marketing motions.

  • Integrated Campaign Leadership: Essential experience in designing and executing full-funnel campaigns, including winning new logos and increasing customer adoption. This includes mastery of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) at scale, digital program mechanics, and data-driven measurement.

  • Strategic & Data-Driven Mindset: A resourceful, outcomes-driven self-starter who thrives on using a strategic, data-driven approach to navigate a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

  • Exceptional Collaboration & Communication: A reputation for being a trusted partner and team player with a proven ability to lead with clarity, influence cross-functional teams, and inspire stakeholders.

  • Resilience & Adaptability: Possesses the unshakeable resilience to manage multiple projects, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to deliver consistent results with a positive, can-do attitude.
