About the role.
As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, the Sr. Talent Partner plays a critical role in delivering high-impact, high-volume recruitment across corporate functions (salaried and contract). This role operates in a fast-paced, global environment, leveraging strong awareness of regional, cultural, and time zone nuances to deliver an exceptional hiring experience.
This position sits at the center of McCain's global transformation journey, supporting high-priority hiring initiatives tied to our S/4HANA implementation and broader digital and AI-enabled transformation agenda. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of McCain as we evolve our technology landscape, build new capabilities, and scale for the next generation of growth.
This is a hybrid role based out of our corporate office in Toronto, with a minimum of three days per week onsite.
What you'll be doing.
  • Act as a trusted recruitment advisor in a high-volume, high-priority environment, building strong relationships with candidates and hiring leaders to ensure top talent selection
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment execution against critical project deliverables tied to our S/4HANA transformation and emerging AI and digital initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong, proactive talent pipelines using innovative sourcing strategies across global and niche talent markets
  • Conduct meaningful interviews, assess capability and fit, and provide clear, consultative guidance to hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Manage offer strategy, negotiation, and close, ensuring a seamless and competitive candidate experience in a fast-moving market
  • Partner closely with business leaders to anticipate future hiring needs as we scale transformation programs and AI-enabled capabilities
  • Deliver creative, cost-effective, and agile sourcing solutions in competitive and high-demand talent markets
  • Leverage SuccessFactors (ATS) and Phenom (CRM) to ensure accurate, real-time tracking and reporting of recruitment activity
  • Contribute to team excellence through mentorship, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of recruitment practices
  • Support special projects and transformation-related hiring initiatives as needed

What you'll need to be successful.
  • 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience (agency background is a plus)
  • 2+ years of experience recruiting technology, digital, or transformation-related roles strongly preferred (S/4HANA experience a plus)
  • Proven success in high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environments with competing priorities and critical timelines
  • Exposure to or interest in AI, digital transformation, or large-scale enterprise change environments
  • Strong sourcing expertise across complex and competitive talent markets using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche channels
  • Highly customer-focused, with a strong commitment to candidate experience and stakeholder partnership
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and shifting priorities within a global environment

Compensation Package : $81,600.00 - $108,900.00 . CAD annually + Bonus Eligibility
