- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

As a Staff Product Manager, you’ll lead the vision, strategy, and execution for our next generation of composable-first product developments, establishing entirely new capabilities that push the boundaries of how people build for the web. - Define and drive the product strategy for new, composable product lines — considering user needs, business objectives & market opportunities
- Collaborate deeply with engineering, design, and cross-functional partners to scope, prioritize, and build product experiences as well as integration opportunities to leverage best-in-breed technology used by our largest agencies & customers
- Drive roadmap alignment across executive stakeholders, clarifying and advocating for new product investments that deliver long-term value
- Drive the creation & adoption of new APIs to enable composable-first product investment
- Build AI-first product experiences that leverage modern tools to supercharge the creation and customization of digital experiences
- Own product execution from zero to one — scoping MVPs, defining success metrics, learning from early customer feedback, and iterating toward scale
- Partner with go-to-market and customer teams to develop positioning, onboarding, and feedback loops for new product adoption
- Stay current with industry trends in composability, AI in product development, and user experience design — using this insight to inform your product decisions

About you:You’ll thrive as a Staff Product Manager if you:
- You have deep product management experience, ideally including 0-1 product launches and platform-level strategy.
- You’re a systems thinker with a proven ability to design composable platforms or modular product architectures that scale with user needs, with a strong track record of shaping and launching API-first products, including defining developer-facing interfaces, crafting compelling API experiences, and driving adoption through ecosystem thinking and developer enablement.
- You excel at transforming complex technical capabilities into intuitive, user-friendly experiences, with a strong product intuition and a deep commitment to delivering polished, accessible solutions that delight customers.
- You’re an exceptional, clear, and strategic communicator, able to influence across technical and non-technical audiences, rally stakeholders, and drive alignment across ambiguity.
- You thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments, and know how to bring clarity through structured thinking, collaboration and iteration, balancing big-picture vision with detail-oriented execution to ship impactful product experiences.
