Job Description

AECOM is seeking a Stakeholder Cabinet  Coordinator to join our team. This position is based out of Mississauga.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and organize stakeholder meetings by preparing detailed agendas and managing all logistical aspects, including venue arrangements, virtual platforms, and required equipment.
  • Act as the primary liaison among various stakeholders, maintaining consistent communication to ensure everyone is informed about meeting schedules, updates, and outcomes.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of activities, including meeting minutes, attendance logs, and action items, and generate regular reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise, promote strong collaborative relationships, and assist in the development and execution of engagement strategies.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, facilitate meaningful discussions during meetings, and assist in organizing events and activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • University Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field + 4 (four) years of experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within a corporate or government setting, with a focus on managing stakeholder relationships. 

Preferred Requirements:

    • A master’s degree is preferred but not required. 
    • Demonstrated proficiency in project management and familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational and multitasking abilities, ensuring efficient handling of multiple tasks and responsibilities. 
    • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. 

    Additional Information

    • Company paid relocation is not available for this position.
    • Sponsorship for Canadian employment authorization is not available for this position.
    • This position requires work on-site/out of the office 5 days a week.
