Job Description Summary

Drive growth in one of North America’s fastest‑expanding construction sectors.

Sunbelt Rentals—the fastest‑growing equipment rental company in North America—is seeking a Strategic Customer Representative to lead growth across data centre customers and mission‑critical infrastructure projects.

This role is focused on expanding Sunbelt’s footprint within hyperscale, colocation, cloud, and enterprise data centre builds, supporting long‑term strategic customers and large, high‑profile project sites.

What You’ll Do
  • Grow market share within a targeted portfolio of data centre owners, developers, general contractors, and key trade partners
  • Support large‑scale data centre construction and expansion projects, from early planning through completion
  • Increase awareness and adoption of Sunbelt’s equipment solutions aligned to mission‑critical, high‑uptime jobsite requirements
  • Manage and support the Corporate Accounts Office for assigned strategic data centre customers
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new data centre customers and projects into the strategic program
  • Act as a sales mentor and market liaison, supporting Sunbelt’s go‑to‑market strategy within the data centre vertical
  • Coordinate closely with PCM, DM, RSD, and RVP partners to ensure alignment across complex, multi‑site projects
What You Bring

Experience & Education

  • Minimum 4 years of sales management experience, ideally supporting large or complex projects
  • Proven customer service and relationship‑management experience with strategic or enterprise customers

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong understanding of construction phases, with preference for experience supporting data centres, industrial, or mission‑critical infrastructure
  • Working knowledge of equipment applications, features, benefits, specifications, and jobsite requirements
  • Ability to operate confidently with multiple stakeholders, timelines, and decision‑makers
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Windows, and Adobe Acrobat

Base Pay Range

77,734.00 - 106,884.80

Total compensation package includes base pay, company vehicle, and robust commission plan.
