Job Description

Position: Strategic Development Program Trainee

Your Journey with Us:
Embark on a transformative 5-phase journey to master every facet of our business, from shipping and sales to operations, account management, and beyond.

Phase 1: Warehouse Logistics
Become intimately familiar with our product offerings, understanding the journey from vendor to customer and mastering all levels of sales support.

Phase 2: Operations
Engage with customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory control, pricing strategies, financial analysis, and more.

Phase 3: Inside Sales/Project Management
Evolve from assisting customers with diverse needs to orchestrating large-scale projects with finesse.

Phase 4: Outside Sales/Account Management
Discover the art of identifying new business prospects, negotiating contracts, fostering customer relationships, and nurturing vendor partnerships.

Phase 5: Personal Pathway
Harness your training to define your career trajectory within our dynamic industry.
