Ideal candidates will have prior experience in insurance technology, account management, and implementation / program management, along with impeccable presentation skills, excellent communication, and strong attention to detail. The candidate will have a history of driving enterprise account revenue retention and growth through client influence and delivery excellence for customers with complex needs. This role requires close cross-functional collaboration with colleagues in Product, Engineering, and Sales to meet the evolving initiatives of our strategic partners.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Account and relationship management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts, serving as the direct, day-to-day contact and delivering the highest level of customer experience, including responsiveness, quality of delivery, and proactive communication
- Manage implementation and operational support for assigned accounts, including the triage and prioritization of customer requests, while navigating internal teams and processes to prioritize and resolve
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance against key performance metrics, and provide regular updates to Bold Penguin and client leadership to influence decision-making and outcomes
- Help partners understand Bold Penguin's value proposition as a critical tool to achieve business objectives, as well as leading change management and training initiatives
- Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
Growth and commitment to excellence
- Share the voice of the customer to influence new solutions, product functionality, and revenue opportunity for Bold Penguin, in collaboration with Product and Engineering
- Support the company's preferred partner strategy, including identifying opportunities to expand the adoption of Bold Penguin's product suite.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Bold Penguin solutions, and provide insights and recommendations to inform partnership strategies
- Reinforce Bold Penguin's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion by building and maintaining a work environment that is inclusive and equitable
- Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

Requirements
YOUR LOCATION
This is a fully remote role, with the exception of onboarding, business travel, and optional in-office events.
S kills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in relationship management, implementation management, program management, management consulting, or related roles
- 3+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS, insurance, or related technology solutions
- Functional and technical credibility to support complex SaaS solutions
- Strategic planning and performance measurement experience
- Exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication skills; ability to develop executive presentations from scratch and communicate directly with senior leadership
- Proven track record of building and cultivating relationships with strategic external partners
- Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and analytically, with strong problem-solving skills, to develop thoughtful recommendations and action plans
- Power user of Jira, Confluence, Slack / Teams, and Office tools (e.g., PPT, Excel)
- Prior experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced, evolving environment
- Travel may be required, as needed, up to several times a month to client's site
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time, (up to 8 hours per day) at a desk working on a computer.
- Must be able to use standard office equipment for extended periods of time, including but not limited to, a mouse, keyboard, phone and video conferencing.
