About the Role:
We are CrowdStrike, a fast-growing security company that protects our wide range of customers from cybersecurity attacks. We’re investing in an Cloud Alliances Special Project Manager who is energetic, eager to learn, flexible and capable of managing large scale/complex cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will play a key role in driving the successful execution of our cloud partner alliances strategic initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an important team at the forefront of defining what success can look like partnering with cloud partners such as AWS and Google. This role directly contributes to CrowdStrike's competitive positioning in our cloud partners’ ecosystems, enabling new revenue streams and growth opportunities. As part of the cloud alliances team, you’ll work closely across functional teams to collaborate, track, ensure dependencies are well known, critical issues are identified and driven to resolution, and deliverables timelines are met.

What You'll Do:

  • Project Leadership - Lead and oversee end-to-end project management for strategic cloud partner initiatives. Ensures critical issues are identified, tracked through resolution, and escalated if necessary.

  • Communication and Coordination -  Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional launch teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives. Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Manages senior level project/program communication and status reporting. Reduce departmental silos to increase collaboration and productivity

  • Strategic Planning - Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement strategic launch plans.

  • Process Improvement - Embrace the challenge of working in an evolving and nascent process. Demonstrate a passion for iteration and continuous improvement. Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in processes.

  • Stakeholder Engagement - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Provide regular updates and status reports on project progress.

What You'll Need:

  • 5-7 years of experience working in a program/project management capacity, alliance management for AWS or Google partnerships, or similar role

  • Strong understanding of Cloud Marketplaces, SaaS go-to-market strategies, and cloud economics

  • Seasoned team player that manages and alleviates (instead of running from) persistent obstacles

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.

  • Experience owning a program/ portfolio of products/features, scoping requirements, planning milestones, and being an active resource for technical teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment.

  • Must enjoy consensus-driven environments where collaboration, honest and open communications are paramount.

  • Must work effectively and professionally with cross-functional groups across divisions, worldwide, as part of a team.

  • Must exhibit meticulous attention to detail, and have the ability to make logical, timely decisions.

  • Demonstrate self-learning capabilities, taking initiative in a fast pace/quickly changing environment.

Bonus Points:

  • PMI or Agile Alliance (or equivalent) certification preferred

  • M&A and SaaS experience

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $110,000 - $160,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
