As the Growth Strategist, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how PolicyMe approaches growth, driving operational improvements, and building scalable strategies to fuel our success. You’ll work at the intersection of Product, Growth, and Customer Success, using your expertise to solve complex challenges, optimize processes, and unlock new opportunities to expand our reach and impact.


Reports To: Director of Marketing

What you'll be doing:

  • Identify and Prioritize Growth Opportunities: Partner with teams across the organization to uncover high-impact growth initiatives, align on priorities, and craft strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Streamline Operations: Analyze and refine processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness across key areas of the business.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align on growth initiatives and leverage insights to refine strategies and execution plans.
  • Leverage Customer Insights: Dive deep into customer data and behavior to uncover actionable insights that improve acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Lead Go-to-Market Initiatives: Drive go-to-market strategies for new products, partnerships, and features, ensuring smooth collaboration and execution across teams.
  • Test and Iterate Growth Strategies: Experiment with growth tactics, learn from results, and refine approaches to continually scale the business effectively.
  • Empower Teams with Tools and Resources: Provide frameworks, tools, and strategies that improve team efficiency and foster collaboration across functions.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in strategy and operations: 4–6 years of experience in consulting, operations, or general management roles, ideally in fast-paced environments or startups.
  • Analytical mindset: You excel at breaking down complex problems, leveraging data to inform decisions, and tracking results to measure success.
  • Customer focus: You’re passionate about understanding customer needs and translating them into strategies that add value and drive growth.
  • Ownership mentality: You take charge of initiatives, rally teams to achieve goals, and ensure every detail is accounted for.
  • Collaborative approach: You thrive on building strong relationships across teams, bridging gaps, and creating alignment to drive impact.
  • Adaptable and versatile: You’re comfortable wearing multiple hats, pivoting quickly, and tackling a variety of challenges.
  • Strong communicator: You’re skilled at clearly and concisely conveying ideas, aligning stakeholders, and inspiring action.
  • Results-driven: You’re excited to design and execute strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
